Smoking Cessation - After 1st April 2019 we will no longer be able to provide this service at the Health Centre. However both our local pharmacies, Lloyds and Davidsons, can provide help to stop smoking.

Wellbeing Support Team

Providing services on Wednesday and Friday afternoons within the practice, where they can help with a variety of mental health and wellbeing issues. If your doctor thinks they may be of help, you will be referred to make an appointment. Once seen, and if its agreed that this service is the best option for you, they will discuss ongoing plans to help you work towards achieving personal progress, generally for short term or up to 6 months input if needed. They also have good connections with other statutory and voluntary services withing the local and Perth areas.
